The room was pretty big and had all the essentials like a shower, hairdryer, and soft bath towels, which was nice. the location was super convenient, especially if you want to visit the American military cemetery nearby. 🌟

The Casino was a pleasant surprise to us. It is is the most comfortable and fairly up to date casino we have experienced in Europe. Nice, friendly staff in a casual environment. Not many card games, but lots of slots to choose from. The hotel room was large and clean. The buffet for Euro 21.50 including all the wine you wanted was a bargain. Great choices. Breakfast was nice and the wait staff very friendly. We intend to do this get away frequently as it is only an hours drive from our house.

The hotel was wonderful with free parking. The Casino does need to upgrade its slots so that they are coin free.

I recently stayed at Casino 2000 - Adult Guests Only in Mondorf-les-Bains for a business trip. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience.

The only minor drawback I encountered was the hotel entrance, which was a bit awkward as it was shared by the casino, event, and conference halls.

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the village center or 10 min to the Thermal Centre. Free access to the Casino itself, which I enjoyed even though I'm not much of a gambler. The room was large and clean, with a very comfortable bed and armed chairs. The continental breakfast was fine, with good service. The entire hotel was very well maintained and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The bus that connects the village and Luxembourg City stops right in front of the Casino complex.

The cigarette smoke from the game rooms managed to seep into my room, which could be bothersome for those who are allergic to smoke. When I was there, the Casino building was being renovated and extended, making the area outside a bit messy, but the noise effect was surprisingly low, so it didn't bother me.

It was a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff were fantastic.

Very good food whether for breakfast or in the excellent buffet. Room very spacious and comfortable with all amenities we needed. Good beds. Quiet. Friendly and efficient service. Free parking. A few minutes walk from the kurpark and hot mineral water pool. Free wireless internet.

Wireless internet signal was weak in the room but acceptable in the public areas of the hotel. To be fair, it was advertised as being available in public areas.

The rooms and suites at Casino 2000 are just perfect for a traveling soul like mine. The cozy ambiance and comfortable furniture make me feel right at home, while the modern amenities provide the convenience I need. I love the relaxing atmosphere and the attention to detail.

The only thing that didn't quite suit my taste was the limited view from the room. But hey, that's just me!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on seven floors above the casino added a unique touch to our experience. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with very comfortable beds. The view from our window was absolutely stunning. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, from the room service to the dry cleaning. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, ensuring our room was always spotless. We also enjoyed the convenience of having laundry facilities available. The room amenities, such as the heating, air conditioning, and sitting area, provided enhanced comfort during our stay. We loved relaxing on the terrace and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The flat-screen TV was a nice addition, allowing us to unwind and catch up on our favorite shows. Being able to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the dining restaurant, or grab a quick bite at the bar/lounge area or snack bar, made our mornings even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We also appreciated the availability of special diet menus.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast and the room size were both great. the hotel is located in a quiet area and there was no noise. the parking was spacious.

The internet was a joke, I couldn't even reply to my messages, it was so slow. the hotel's restaurant options were not diverse at all and the quality of the food was poor.
